Press-Station BPS
The Press stations remove the remaining air from between the sheets and thus contribute to an increased cutting accuracy. The air is effectively removed without damaging the material which can be transferred to the cutter either manually via the front table or automatically by means of a gripper system via the rear table. The additional air removal is especially recommendable for difficult materials as very thin paper, coated paper, foils or other smooth, as the sheets can easily slip during processing.
All baumannperfecta pressing stations are very solid and robust and have been designed to cope with the highest possible pressure (the BPS 3 has an effective pressure on a 700 x 1000 mm sheet of about 350 kg).
